A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a residential developer in Oxfordshire.
This developer has a very good pipeline of work for their high end residential developments which gives them a strong name in the construction industry.
The project is working on a large high end residential developments working to traditional houses and apartments with a large amount of units.
Ideal candidate
- 5 years’ or more experience as a Site/Senior Site Manager.
- You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
- Residential developer experience.
- A strong track record as a Senior Site Manager.
- Projects seen through from inception to completion.
- Having worked on large residential schemes.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
