Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform

Location: Hybrid (UK-based)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000

Type: Full-time

Cloud Decisions are working with a high-growth Microsoft Partner looking to hire a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This is a key role with real ownership, covering end-to-end solution architecture from pre-sales through to delivery.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions
• Work with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements
• Own architecture across CRM, integrations, and custom applications
• Support pre-sales, scoping and solution design
• Guide delivery teams across build, test and deployment
• Ensure best practice across Microsoft technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (CE/CRM)
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform
• Experience designing integrations and cloud-based solutions
• Background in a Microsoft Partner / consultancy environment
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to pre-sales or solution scoping

• C# / JavaScript (nice to have)
