Job Description:

  • Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.

Job Overview

  • Experience supervising small to medium‑size teams in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment
  • A proven ability to lead teams to achieve high weekly sales targets
  • Confidence in supporting recruitment, training, and day‑to‑day team development
  • A strong understanding of store priorities, standards, and customer service expectations

You’ll also need to demonstrate:

  • The ability to prioritise and organise work
  • A strong focus on customer experience
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Team leadership and problem‑solving skills
