Our client, a respected business within the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to lead their operational and customer-facing teams. This position will oversee day‑to‑day activity across Customer Operations, Customer Service and Sales, ensuring teams consistently deliver high‑quality service and meet organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activity of customer support and service teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Track and analyse performance metrics across all customer experience functions, addressing issues promptly and ensuring all complaints are resolved appropriately.
- Maintain strong compliance and accurate administration across internal systems and customer processes.
- Enhance the customer journey by improving operational workflows and elevating service standards.
Skills Required
- Demonstrable background in leading high‑volume customer service teams.
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
