CNC Shop Manager
Location: Bath, commutable from Frome, Radstock, Swindon, Yate, Trowbridge, Keynsham, Bristol, and Chippenham.
Salary: £55,000-£58,000. Hours: Monday to Friday triple shift pattern: Earlies, Lates & Nights. 37 hours. Early finish on Fridays (7:30am-12:30pm). Regular overtime opportunities. Training, career progression, pension, holiday, company benefits.
Responsibilities
- Strip down, investigate, survey, and rebuild a range of mechanical products.
- Oversee a team of engineers.
- Support the team to excel in long‑term career.
- Occasionally run and set CNC machines.
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers on shift.
- Work a triple shift pattern, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or management experience.
- Able to set, run, and program CNC machines.
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or workshop environment.
