Location: London / Hybrid (flexible)
Contract: 3–4 months (initial), with potential extension
Rates: Competitive day rate or hourly (inside IR35)
Job Description
SRG are supporting an early stage, biology led startup operating in biological life sciences that is currently preparing for a time bound fundraising round linked to grant eligibility and investor milestones. This company is at a critical inflection point, and the ideal time for this person to start is ASAP.
The company has strong scientific foundations and senior advisory support but is seeking a hands on, execution focused analyst to support fundraising delivery during a critical window.
The role is designed to own the practical mechanics of the fundraise, ensuring that investor materials, financial logic and diligence documentation are robust, coherent and investor ready.
Working closely with the founder and external advisors (including fractional finance and fundraising support), the Fundraising & Data Room Analyst will take responsibility for building and maintaining the investor data room, supporting financial and valuation work, and responding to investor diligence requests as the raise progresses.
This is a delivery led role rather than a strategic or leadership position (although that’s not to say there isn’t scope for impact here), and is well suited to someone with a strong analytical background who enjoys turning complex scientific and commercial inputs into clean, credible investor materials.

- Help prepare written responses and follow‑up materials for investors as required
Advisor & Stakeholder Support
- Translate high level guidance from advisors into concrete deliverables
- Track outstanding actions and ensure fundraising documentation progresses to timelines
- Act as a central execution point between founder, advisors and external stakeholders
