Our client is a leading firm in a beautiful location in the heart of the West End. They’re now looking for an additional commercial property solicitor to join their thriving team.

Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of commercial property work on behalf of commercial and institutional clients
• Examples of work include landlord and tenant, site assembly, real estate finance, sale and purchase of commercial properties
• Part of a small, very busy, commercial property team
• Involvement in marketing and business development

Qualifications

• Probably around 3-6 years’ broad PQE in commercial property
• Experience ideally from a central London practice noted for its commercial property work
• Genuine interest in marketing and an understanding of the importance of business development in this sector of the market i.e. small to mid-sized West End commercial firms involved in the commercial property market
