About the Role:
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you’ll handle a wide range of high-value and complex commercial disputes, working alongside an experienced team that’s dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients. You will focus on strategic solutions and advice across personal and business-related disputes, including:
- Leading complex commercial disputes, including contract issues, debt recovery, and asset recovery cases.
- Developing and implementing strategies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR), helping clients avoid lengthy and expensive litigation.
- Advising businesses on asset recovery, and assisting clients in reclaiming valuable assets.
- Offering clients a strategic approach to dispute resolution, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes in both the short and long term.
- Collaborating with an expert team and contributing to business development efforts to grow the firm’s profile in the legal market.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years PQE, with proven experience in commercial dispute resolution, asset recovery, or debt recovery.
- Strong knowledge and experience in advising on alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
- A successful track record of managing and delivering outcomes in complex disputes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and achieving practical, effective solutions.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
