An award-winning, Tier 1 commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its highly regarded corporate team.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions for a diverse client base, including private equity investors, listed businesses, and international organisations. The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets work, and public company deals.
You will be part of a collaborative team delivering sophisticated legal solutions on both domestic and cross-border matters, while benefiting from meaningful responsibility and direct involvement throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, and strategic investments
- Playing a key role in high-value and often cross-border transactions
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and clients throughout the deal lifecycle
- Supporting the development of junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
About You
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 6+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong technical experience in corporate law, particularly M&A and/or private equity
- A commercial mindset and the ability to manage complex transactions
