They seek someone who is comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders, owning workstreams and keen to be part of a growing organisation. The leadership are all from top level consulting and private equity firms but there is a strong culture here moving away from the corporate structures towards something more transparent and inclusive.
Applicants must have 3-5 years experience in management consulting across the following areas:
- Organisational effectiveness
- Effectiveness reviews
- Expansion planning
- Value Creation
There is also a strong need for business fluency in an additional European language.
