What you will do as Director of Sales & Marketing

• Lead, inspire, and manage a high‑performing Sales and Marketing team.
• Develop and execute the hotel’s Sales and Marketing strategy to achieve forecasted and budgeted revenue targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and commercial insights to ensure a competitive and innovative approach.
• Drive strategic sales initiatives and business development to grow revenue across all market segments.
• Oversee team performance, ensuring targets are met and all client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and partnerships across key segments.
• Support and enhance client engagement through site visits, presentations, networking, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Hyatt colleagues to maximise cross‑property opportunities and brand alignment.

About You

You bring proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing within the hospitality or hotel sector, ideally in an upscale or premium environment. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share, you combine strategic vision with operational excellence. Your leadership inspires teams, strengthens client relationships, and fosters a high‑performance culture.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
