Project Officer (FTC)

Location: Home Based, covering the South West (Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & NE Somerset)

Salary: £26,897 per annum

Vacancy Type: Full-time

Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Home Based with an expectation to travel across the South West locations and occasionally visit development sites.

Essential Duties

Support the delivery of Stonewater’s development programme by preparing project documentation, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident, independent, and proactive in work and colleague relationships.
• Customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent administrative and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear reports.
• Good numerical and organisational skills for prioritising and managing a varied workload.

Suspectable DSS check, satisfactory references and a valid Right to Work document are required.
