We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst (Digital) who can turn complex project data into sharp, decision-ready insights — on some of the UK’s most significant civil engineering programmes.

This isn’t a back-office reporting role.
You’ll be sitting at the heart of a Project Controls function, translating cost, schedule, and risk data into visual stories that senior stakeholders actually act on. The decisions made from your reports will shape how billion-pound programmes are planned, managed, and delivered.
Your work will matter. People will notice.
What You Bring
- Power BI expertise — not just basic dashboards. We’re talking advanced DAX, data modelling, and automated reporting pipelines
- A background in civil engineering or major infrastructure projects — you understand the environment you’re reporting on
- Solid grounding in Project Controls — cost, schedule, earned value, risk. You know what the numbers mean, not just how to display them
- Experience working within or alongside Planning, Commercial, or PMO teams
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus: exposure to Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or CostX integrations
