Senior Business Development Manager – Foodservice (Cafes) – North West

Salary (Open to Discussion – Flexible for right person) + Car Allowance

The role

You’ll be responsible for building the foodservice channel —actively going after new business primarily across National Café Chains initially.

It’s a proper commercial role. Target-driven, relationship-led, and with plenty of autonomy.

You’ll be:

  • Winning new business across the foodservice sector
  • Leading commercial negotiations and closing deals
  • Building long-term customer partnerships
  • Working with NPD and operations to bring products to market
  • Keeping a close eye on market trends and acting on them

What they’re looking for

  • Proven commercial or business development experience in Foodservice
  • Someone who can open doors, not just manage what’s already there
  • Strong network within the café sector
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable leading from the front
