The Procurement Assistant will manage all administration for the Procurement team, ensuring the department is well organised and interacting with many other departments and our external supply base.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate administration
- Ability to put together presentations
- Report contract usage and advise buyers
- SAP skills essential to maintain appropriate records on internal business systems including SAP (contracts & PO management)
- Timely and accurate completion of purchasing administrative tasks
- Ad‑hoc projects as required
