Project Officer (FTC)
Location: Home Based, covering the South West (Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and NE Somerset)
Salary: £26,897 per annum
Vacancy Type: Full-time

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. There is an expectation to travel across the South West locations. The role is home based with some site travel required.
Responsibilities
Support the development programme to drive forward delivery and quality of affordable homes. Travel to development sites within the South West as needed. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to project planning and reporting to ensure effective project management.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Have an interest in or knowledge of housing is preferred, especially affordable housing.
- Be confident, independent, and pro-active in your approach to work and relationships with colleagues.
- Have a customer-focused approach to work.
- Have excellent administrative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to contribute to the production of written reports and ensure effective project management to internal and external stakeholders.
- Have good numerical and organizational skills to enable you to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
