A global payments organisation is hiring an operational Programme Manager to own the delivery of structured testing campaigns that validate real-world payment experiences — in-store, contactless, and online.
This is not a marketing role. It’s a delivery-focused position sitting at the intersection of operations, data, and customer experience.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end campaign delivery — intake, planning, execution, and reporting
- Day-to-day management of a third-party vendor conducting simulated payment transactions
- Translating testing outputs into clear insights and recommendations
- Cross-functional coordination across Operations, Sales, and Implementation
- Validating new partners, products, and payment journeys
You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in operations, programme/project management, or customer experience
- Proven vendor or outsourced delivery management
- Strong data interpretation and stakeholder communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and improvement-focused
- Payments, fintech, or e-commerce exposure is a bonus — not a barrier
