There are a number of routine and recurring tasks that this role fulfils, including organising and minute‑taking of external day and evening meetings, conducting estate walk‑abouts across the three PFI projects, and carrying out home damp and mould inspections. The properties within the PFI agreements are based in the Ardwick and Miles Platting areas of Manchester.
This grade 6 role is a key role within the PFI team as they do a lot of co‑ordination for the three Housing Projects and ensure that governance arrangements are adhered to.

About the Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard‑working individual to join the PFI team. This is an opportunity for someone wishing to begin or move to a career in Social Housing.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Proficiency in minute taking and analysing data in Excel would be a benefit, but training can be provided.
Knowledge of recent legislative changes within the Social Housing sector would also be advantageous.
