A well-established and growing property consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager (MRICS) to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a range of commercial fit-out and hotel projects, while building strong relationships with an impressive, blue-chip client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently chartered Project Manager (up to 12 months PQE) or someone ready to step up into a senior role, offering greater client exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your own network.
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Working within a close-knit team, you will manage multiple schemes while engaging directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.
Projects are typically £4m–£5m in value, with a range from £500k up to £70m, across:
- 75% office fit-out
You will be working with a range of institutional investors, asset managers, developers, and landlord clients, with a growing pipeline of occupier-led instructions.
- Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out and hotel projects from inception through to completion
- Manage project teams including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and risk
- Provide clear reporting and strategic advice to clients
- Chair project meetings and coordinate communication across teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with health, safety, and quality standards
- Build and develop client relationships, with the opportunity to generate new business
- MRICS qualified (or recently chartered, up to 12 months PQE)
- Background within a commercial property consultancy
- Experience delivering office fit-out or similar commercial projects
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
