Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone and email
• Provide clear technical product information and guidance
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
• Support the wider team with administrative and technical tasks

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
