Synchro are working with a growing, private equity‑backed professional services organisation to hire a Software Developer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on developer who wants to do more than just code – you’ll play a key role in shaping technical direction, influencing best practices, and mentoring the next generation of developers.
The Role
Working in a modern Microsoft/Azure environment, you’ll deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. You’ll also act as a technical mentor, supporting junior developers and helping to raise standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver robust, scalable solutions across the Microsoft tech stack
- Own feature delivery from design through to production
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the business
- Drive improvements in DevOps, testing, and development practices
- Mentor and coach junior developers, supporting their growth and technical decision‑making
- Contribute to architecture, APIs, and data solutions
- Support emerging tech initiatives, including AI integration
Key Requirements
- Proven expertise in C# and .NET development
- Solid commercial experience working with Azure cloud services
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
- Experience with APIs, microservices/monoliths, async systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and Agile experience
- AI tools
- SaaS integrations
