Salesforce Developer

They are looking for a Salesforce Developer experienced in both programmatic and declarative development, building Apex solutions and working on various integrations into Salesforce as well as building a range of Flow solutions. You will be focused on building out brand-new features like Agentforce as well as working on core Salesforce with Sales and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
• Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support.
• Implement and optimise the use of cutting-edge Salesforce features, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.
• Experience working on large‑scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
