In our team you will:
We typically work hand‑in‑hand with our clients to build great digital products for them and their customers. This role often involves leading client accounts holistically – people, delivery, quality, and commercials. You will help our clients use the capability and flexibility of a consultancy partner to reach their goals sooner while keeping the big picture in mind.
Our team stands out by keeping one eye on value at all times and by proposing thoughtful solutions that get the job done efficiently and with low complexity. You’ll be a key advocate for this approach within the team.
Beyond client work, you will contribute to our internal and regional engineering communities, shaping conversations around technology, sharing knowledge, and learning from colleagues working in diverse problem spaces.
Qualifications
- You’re hands‑on in delivery, contributing directly across the SDLC (build, test, deploy) and collaborating day‑to‑day within teams.
- You’re highly comfortable in client‑facing roles, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivering against clear expectations.
- You bring solid full‑stack engineering experience (not purely front end or back end), working across the full development lifecycle.
- Your core technology experience includes React, Node.js, Python, and Java.
- You have hands‑on cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
- AI experience is essential: you have a proven AI skillset demonstrated through certification and/or real delivery experience.
- You have contributed to architectural and technical design decisions, helping shape scalable and robust solutions.
- You enjoy collaborating in an open, egoless way and are adaptable, comfortable with change, and motivated to keep learning to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
What’s in it for you
In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will have an extensive benefits package which includes 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance, and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice.
Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first‑class services we are known for.
