Infrastructure Solutions Engineer – Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the sales team to gather design blueprints and pull together comprehensive tender and bid proposals.
• Manipulate CAD drawings to provide bespoke infrastructure solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Own the technical design of the modular unit’s support systems, including HVAC, cooling, and generator backups.
• Support the transition from Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to final commissioning and site installation.
• Attend client sites (approximately 1‑2 times a month) to ensure technical specifications meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical background with a relevant Degree, HNC, or HND.
• Proficiency in CAD Drawing and the ability to manipulate blueprints to provide technical solutions.
• Proven experience within Critical Infrastructure environments.
• A background in the Military or as a CAD Designer involved in bid and tender solutions is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and commercial reality.

The Process:

• Stage 1: An introductory Teams call with the Hiring Manager to discuss your technical background.
• Stage 2: An in‑person interview at the New Milton facility to see the modular demo buildings and meet the team.

Salary:

• £40,000 – £45,000
