£45,000 per annum plus £10,000 bonus structure

We are recruiting for a hands‑on management role in South London for the nation’s largest chain of fitness clubs. This role offers you the chance to develop your fitness career through a learning and development programme and to work alongside industry‑leading talent.

Key Responsibilities

• People Management – Manage, inspire and lead an Assistant Manager and a team of Personal Trainers.
• Brand & Operations Management – Ensure the club achieves the required standards and creates a vibrant experience for members.
• Product – Own the club’s facilities, maintain enthusiasm for the environment and communicate with customers.
• Commercial – Raise the club’s local profile with testing and events, attract new members and drive additional revenue through personal training and other services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background in fitness industry management (e.g. Multi‑site GM, Club Manager, Fitness Manager, Deputy/Assistant Manager or Sales Manager).
• Personal Trainer qualified to level 3 (level 2 acceptable) and have transferable skills if coming from outside the industry.
• Energy, personality and ambition – a strong character and interpersonal skills are essential.
