Compliance Contract Officer

Enjoy flexible working, potential to be extended in the South Birmingham area as a Compliance Contract Officer. This role offers the chance to monitor and supervise various asbestos and water hygiene regulations.

You will be working for a well-known housing provider that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supervising various asbestos and water hygiene regulations
• Updating and maintaining the risk register
• Providing advice to customers, staff and contractors regarding risk areas
• Ensuring contractors meet or exceed KPIs and maintain a high standard of tenant liaison

Qualifications

• Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications within a compliance role
• Knowledge of the requirements with external contractor management within compliance, specifically asbestos and water hygiene

• Hourly rate between £26.50-£30.50, dependent on experience
