Responsibilities
- Monitoring and supervising various asbestos and water hygiene regulations
- Updating and maintaining the risk register
- Providing advice to customers, staff and contractors regarding risk areas
- Ensuring contractors meet or exceed KPIs and maintain a high standard of tenant liaison
Qualifications
- Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications within a compliance role
- Knowledge of the requirements with external contractor management within compliance, specifically asbestos and water hygiene
