Recruitment Consultant – Bristol – £28-£30k p/a
Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 360° Recruitment Consultant, to be based at our office in Bristol.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working within recruitment

- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end booking process of HGV drivers
- Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients for servicing and business growth
- Participate and promote all engagement initiatives with teams
- Recruit, book and manage HGV drivers for high‑profile clients
- Advertise, screen and interview potential HGV drivers
- Client and candidate engagement and hands‑on people management
- Plan and maintain driver availability
- May involve warehousing flex‑employees
Working Hours
Monday to Friday; full‑time; 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working hours and days, longer hours during busier periods and potential weekend work. On‑call facility based on rota, not all the time.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Confidence with time management
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- 12 months experience working in a similar role
