Mechanical Project Engineer (Piping)

Mechanical Project Engineer (Piping Focus) — Top tier COMAH Chemical manufacturing plant — Outside of IR35

We’re looking for a hands‑on Mechanical Project Engineer with strong experience in piping systems and full project lifecycle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings at the front‑end stage
• Managing projects from concept through to completion
• Supervising contractors during installation phases
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and identifying issues early on‑site
• Acting as the technical point of contact across disciplines

Previous experience working in a similar role on a chemical, petrochemical or COMAH plant is essential.
