Stairlift Installation Engineer Jobs in Audenshaw – Join Our Team
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Stairlift Installation Engineer to join our Audenshaw Installation team. Candidates ideally need to be in the Audenshaw area as you will be working in and around the surrounding areas.
The role is to install and remove straight and curved Stairlift products within domestic settings. Your working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:45.
Ideal candidates will be smartly presented, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a high standard of workmanship. Prior stairlift installation and testing experience with a mechanical/electrical background is preferred. We support training and development on new products.
A valid full driving licence is essential and a DBS check will be required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Install and remove stairlifts
- Collect stairlifts and equipment from the depot and deliver to site
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Work within customers’ homes
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products
- Check lift specifications when loading to ensure suitability with the end user
- Maintain suitable records
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous stairlift installation and testing experience essential
- Non-licensable work with asbestos (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence required
