Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping plant equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem‑solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment
• Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root‑cause mindset
• Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems
• Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projectsHelping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
• Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance
• Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience maintaining overhead cranes (advantageous)
• FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus)
• Knowledge of Siemens controls is highly desirable
