They’re now looking for an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to play a key role in leading projects, managing clients, and helping shape the future of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading mechanical design delivery from early concept through to completion
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and architects
- Taking ownership of project quality, technical delivery, and coordination
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers
- Supporting the wider team with project strategy and problem solving
- Contributing to winning new work and growing client relationships
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background)
- A track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential or mixed‑use
- Confidence in leading projects and managing clients directly
- Solid technical knowledge across HVAC design and UK regulations
- Someone who enjoys collaborative, design‑focused environments
- Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
