Branch Manager – Edinburgh (Lead, Motivate, Inspire)
Overview
We’re the UK’s largest builders’ merchant with over 500 branches. As Branch Manager you will lead a team of 18, manage 5 vehicles, oversee tool hire, and run the Benchmarx kitchen crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a high‑performing team, build customer relationships, keep the branch profitable and running smoothly. Coordinate sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing, yard operations and safety.
