Electronics Engineer – Medical Imaging Technology
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Engineer to join a medical devices company in Cambridge.
The company is experiencing solid growth and are looking for an Electronics Engineer to come on board and work on highly complex electronics and systems for state‑of‑the‑art medical imaging devices. This role would be perfect for someone who has recently completed their PhD or a post‑doc and is looking to move into industry.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be the end‑to‑end development of novel ideas and solutions for medical imaging technology. This will include coming up with new ideas, building experiments, translating data, and iterating design, all the way up to readying the device for manufacturing. This will be a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists that you will be joining, and the company offer an environment that champions innovation, as well as great mentoring, and the freedom to make the role your own.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role you will need to have strong fundamentals across electronics and systems engineering, mixed with experience in medical imaging and ideally educated to PhD level.
