Service Manager – Domiciliary Care Provider

We are seeking a Service Manager on a full‑time permanent basis to join our supportive and diverse team.

This role reports directly to the Deputy/Registered Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising support workers
• Regularly update and review individual care plans
• Manage compliance and audits

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care
• Hands‑on experience in managing a domiciliary care service
• Track record of managing and motivating an effective team
• Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards
• Experience working as a Manager in domiciliary care (ideal)
• Full UK driving licence (ideal)
