Colormarket UK is entering an exciting new phase as we expand into the wood coatings and finishes sector. Backed by a highly experienced team, we’re building a new division with big ambitions — and we’re looking for a Technical Sales Executive who wants to be part of that journey.
This is a role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and combining technical understanding with commercial drive. You’ll be supported with full product training and the expertise of a seasoned leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new business development across the UK
- Promote and sell our wood coatings and finishes
- Use your technical insight to deliver value‑based solutions
- Manage your pipeline through CRM
- Grow key accounts and spot new opportunities
- Work closely with the COO to share market insights and trends
- Hit and exceed your sales targets
What You Bring
- Experience in coatings is desired (wood coatings preferred)
- Backgrounds such as Spray Shop Manager, Technical Sales, or Application Specialist are ideal
- Strong understanding of application processes or costing
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to succeed
