Music Teacher

Transform creative students in a top‑drawing Lambeth school. The role is located in a school boasting Ofsted Outstanding status for over a decade and exceptional results across KS3, KS4 and (optionally) KS5. TLRs are available along with a clear progression pathway.

Responsibilities

• MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (size depending on experience)
• September 2026 – Full‑time and permanent contract
• Teach across KS3 and KS4, with the option for KS5
• Plan lessons to meet the Curriculum for Excellence national guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons
• Encourage both ECTs and experienced teachers to grow

Person Specification

• UK QTS – Essential
• Teaching at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level
• Music related degree at 1:1 or 2:1 from a reputable university
• Ambitious and driven personality
• Great communication skills
• Desire to progress
