Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the banquet facilities, ensuring all events go smoothly and according to the function sheet
- Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
