Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing & communication strategies that strengthen CATL’s visibility and reputation in Europe.
- Market Positioning: Elevate CATL’s visibility across Europe through compelling campaigns, storytelling, and thought leadership.
- Media & KOL Relations: Build and manage relationships with local and international media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and explore new branding opportunities.
- Events & Trade Fairs: Plan and execute communication strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events across Europe.
- Executive Support: Organize interviews, prepare talking points, and ensure executive communications resonate with diverse European audiences.
- Crisis Management: Handle media crises across Europe with confidence and professionalism, ensuring CATL’s reputation is safeguarded.
- Global Coordination: Coordinate with CATL Germany, CATL Hungary, CATL joint venture in Spain, and other European teams, and support CATL’s global PR initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in communications/marketing
- Local and international media/public relations/marketing
- Good writing in English; good inter-personal communications skills; social media management skill
- 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, media/public relations
- Multilingual speaker of European languages, fluent in English
- Work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force. Able to work independently and under pressure, mature and resourceful.
