Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for following up on inbound leads generated through marketing and partnerships.
  • Proactively making outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualifying prospects and arranging meetings for the Sales Manager where appropriate.
  • Present and explains solutions confidently to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and deals in the CRM.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets while delivering strong customer service.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Confidence communicating professionally by phone and email.
  • Experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, start-up style environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Uncapped commission.
