Duties & Responsibilities
- The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for following up on inbound leads generated through marketing and partnerships.
- Proactively making outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualifying prospects and arranging meetings for the Sales Manager where appropriate.
- Present and explains solutions confidently to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and deals in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets while delivering strong customer service.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar sales-focused role.
- Confidence communicating professionally by phone and email.
- Experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, start-up style environment.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Uncapped commission.
