Hours: 39.75 per week

Salary: £28000-£33000

The Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate HSE Advisor to join a growing and dynamic environment. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support the Health, Safety & Environmental function through a mix of practical and administrative responsibilities, gaining valuable hands‑on experience across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support incident management, accident reporting, and HSE KPIs
• Assist with incident investigations and confidential reporting
• Maintain and update HSE data management systems
• Work closely with site teams across production, logistics, and leadership
• Attend site meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
• Coordinate HSE training and maintain training records
• Support general site administration related to HSE
• Process purchase orders and assist with invoice queries
• Coordinate occupational health assessments and site visits

About You

Essential:

• Degree (2:2 or above) in Environmental Health or related discipline (or due to graduate)
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
• Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with risk assessments or incident investigations
• IOSH qualification (or working towards)
• Familiarity with ERP or data management systems
