About the role

My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm with a highly regarded and long-established residential property team, recognised as one of the strongest in the region for quality and depth of expertise. The department is seeking a senior property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to provide a high-quality service with a personal and commercial approach.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients across the South East, London and nationally on a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, high-value and listed properties, London purchases, investment and holiday homes, probate and attorney sales, new-builds, lease extensions, enfranchisement and first registrations.
  • Operate with autonomy on complex matters, mentor junior team members, supervise, contribute to best practice and strengthen agent and referrer relationships.
  • Contribute to one of the most dynamic and impressive property teams in the home counties.

Requirements / Ideal candidate

  • Senior residential property solicitor or licensed conveyancer with substantial experience in the listed areas.
  • PQE 5+ (as indicated).
