Health & Safety Manager

37 hours – Monday-Friday

£43,267 basic +35 days holiday, pension, wellbeing and fitness facilities, financial benefits and discounts, free on-site parking.

Position Overview

The Health & Safety Manager position is responsible for developing and promoting a positive health and safety culture across 2 sites in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a team of 7 to oversee health, safety, and fire safety matters.
  • Update policies related to health and safety.
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and monitoring activities.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH diploma, IOSH certificate, or other relevant qualification.
  • Current holder of DBS and First Aid qualifications.
  • Previous line‑management experience is advantageous.
