Position Overview
The Health & Safety Manager position is responsible for developing and promoting a positive health and safety culture across 2 sites in Surrey.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within a team of 7 to oversee health, safety, and fire safety matters.
- Update policies related to health and safety.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and monitoring activities.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH diploma, IOSH certificate, or other relevant qualification.
- Current holder of DBS and First Aid qualifications.
- Previous line‑management experience is advantageous.
