Campus Recruitment Officer – Leamington Spa

Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum

Business Division: SAE

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective students, parents, peers, academics, and management.
• Conduct engaging campus tours and oversee audition schedules.
• Promote campus life to prospective students and parents through on‑site events, social media and real‑time content.
• Organise on‑site and off‑site workshops, virtual events and seminars.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on content creation.
• Support the ICMP and SAE UK Access & Participation Plan (APP) and promote the value of higher education.
• Provide flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, and assist the recruitment team with call handling when needed.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in social media, including capturing and sharing content.
• Understanding of education pathways and ability to engage local schools and colleges.
• Self‑starter, resilient, proactive thinker capable of overcoming challenges.
