Senior Payroll & Pensions Officer – PART TIME

Job Details

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Closing date: 21st April 2026
• Salary: Full Time Equivalent of £37,918 (SCP28) to £41,819 (SCP32) – plus Local Government Pension Scheme (pro‑rated according to days actually worked)
• Location: Oasis Restore Secure School in Rochester, Medway, Kent

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate and timely payroll and pensions services for staff. Manage transition from outsourced payroll to an in‑house system, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent service. Work closely with HR and Finance colleagues and support wider HR activities when required.

Qualifications

• Proactive and detail‑oriented professional.
• Comprehensive experience in payroll and pensions administration, ideally within education or public sector settings.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, working with HR and Finance teams and supporting wider HR activities when needed.
