An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic F&B Team as an F&B Supervisor.
You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience, department preparation, food and drink service, and team member training. You will be provided with training in all aspects of the role and support from a dedicated management team.
What we’re looking for…
- Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
- The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
- Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments
- The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team membersFlexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
- The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines
- The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager
