I’m working with a growing SaaS business in the travel and hospitality space that’s looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor to support customers across the Iberia and Italy markets.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and helping customers get real value from a product.
The role
You’ll be the go-to person for customers using a booking and property management platform, helping them resolve issues and use the system effectively.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Supporting customers via phone, live chat and email
- Troubleshooting technical and system issues in real time
- Helping customers understand how to use the platform to run their business
- Supporting integrations with major travel platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb
- Running screen shares to walk customers through fixes
- Escalating more complex issues to technical teams when needed
- Spotting recurring issues and feeding insights back internally
This is a fast-paced environment, so being able to think on your feet and manage multiple queries is key.
What they’re looking for
- Fluent Spanish, Italian and English
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in SaaS or software support
- Confident supporting customers across phone, chat and email
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable explaining technical issues in a simple, clear way
- Calm, organised and able to work well under pressure
- A proactive mindset with a focus on resolving issues first time
