What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the business
  • Assisting with project documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports and timelines
  • Helping track project progress, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Working closely with delivery, technical, and business stakeholders to support successful outcomes
  • Supporting project governance, meetings and stakeholder communications
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Tools & Techniques You May Work With:

  • Project Management: Project plans, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, action tracking
  • Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall (varies by project)
  • Reporting & Planning: Excel, PowerPoint, basic reporting dashboards
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro or equivalent tools
  • Delivery Support: Stand‑ups, project meetings, retrospectives, governance forums

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduates or early‑career professionals from disciplines such as Business, Technology, Management, Economics, or STEM, or career‑switchers with relevant training
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders and working across multiple teams
  • An interest in delivery, project coordination and how work moves from plan to execution
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop as a Project Manager
  • Willingness to work onsite as required — open to placement in Leeds or London
