About the Role
Working as part of the EMEA Benefits team, the Benefits Analyst will administer A&M benefit programs across Europe, the Middle East, and the Cayman Islands. The role requires a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work with significant autonomy as the line manager is located in a different region.
Responsibilities
- Administer benefit programs and ensure the accuracy of benefit processing through payroll.
- Maintain benefits records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Manage benefit platforms and resolve queries with external vendors.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit queries.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and other colleagues to resolve queries.
- Process invoices from third‑party vendors.
- Assist with events planning.
- Travel to London regularly; hybrid work model with 2‑3 days per week in the office.
Qualifications
- Payroll experience (either within a payroll function or liaising with payroll colleagues).
- Experience using HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working remotely via Teams.
- Knowledge of benefits desirable; training will be provided.

- Attention to detail, methodical, organized.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion when handling confidential data.
- Capability to work both within a team structure and independently.
- Desirable but not essential fluency in at least one of: German, Portuguese, Arabic.
