As Customs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customs operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You’ll manage and motivate a skilled team while driving improvements across systems, processes, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of customs clearance specialists
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance

- Ensure adherence to all relevant customs and trade regulations
Skills & Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in customs clearance
- Proven track record in people management and operations leadership
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Excellent IT proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
