Job Title: Sales and Retention Customer Service Advisor – Outbound
Location: Cheadle
Salary: £26,550Bonus: Average monthly bonus of £250, with potential to earn more based on performance
Contract: Full time – permanentHours: 40 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 10:00‑19:00; Thursday 9:30‑18:15; Friday 9:30‑16:15 (no weekends)
Hybrid Working: Full time in office during training and probation; thereafter hybrid model with minimum 2 days onsite per week
Start Date: 11th May 2026Interview Dates: 7th – 16th April
Responsibilities
- Work towards sales and retention targets
- Engage customers and build trust on every call
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products
- Resolve queries while delivering positive customer outcomes
- Use available tools and resources to achieve the best result for the customer
- Maintain focus and professionalism during peak call times
Qualifications
- Motivated – driven to achieve targets and deliver results
- Confident communicator – energized by conversation and relationship building
- Self‑starter – proactive, accountable and proud of work
- Resilient – calm under pressure and able to manage setbacks positively
- Sales experience beneficial; what matters most is attitude, resilience and desire to succeed
